Based in London, I hold a PhD in Philosophy, specialising in existentialism, phenomenology and feminist philosophy. My paintings extend philosophical inquiry into territory that language alone cannot reach - exploring, through colour and form, how we negotiate the structures and constraints we inherit, and what it means to transform what is given into something we can call our own.
The Veiled Court
A theatre of the self. 22 artworks reimagine the archetypes of the Major Arcana as ethereal, feminine figures, inhabiting a palace of the psyche. Through cinematic tableaux, the works trace a journey of self-establishment, crisis and transformation.
Neon Arcana
The Major Arcana as psychological portraiture. Ditching analytical rigour for raw feeling, I painted every Major Arcana in a three week frenzy. Now follow their evolution: new designs in the same archetypal colours, framed in gold.
My visual diary of rebirth. These paintings dragged me out of the dark and slid me back into skin. They are pure pigment and pulse, scars coaxed into sunrise.
